Rewards Card Content
One of our key products at BlockFi was a Bitcoin Rewards Credit Card. It was a revolutionary product: cardholders could earn rewards in Bitcoin.
I created the card model based on the its real life specifications and materials to so it could be used in stylized promotional videos.
In order to make the card more appealing and engaging to users across social media, we ended up turning the card into an character, used across a wide variety of settings and contexts.
3D Memes
A recurring project at BlockFi was to create high quality memes featuring the BlockFi Bitcoin Rewards card as the main character.
Because it was a recurring project with repeating assets, it was important to make everything procedural and based on templates.
I organized the characters into modular components, turning each into a Houdini Digital Asset that could be built upon and extended, but also updated if the card design changed.
BlockFi Christmas Card
It was fast enough to leverage into a last minute series of Christmas card images tailored to specific clients and partners.
